The hotel is located just outside of Fort William, offering a charming and picturesque location. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and the hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The host made our visit to Madrid quite comfortable. Experienced staff, and amicable as well. Favourable and excellent location, close to a Spanish restaurant.

We stayed 3 great nights here and didn't feel like leaving. It had central heating, an individual safe and flat-screen TV, we loved that. Had a tub in luxurious bathroom.

We loved to be there, spent 3 great nights overall. Our service was great. Our bed was exceptionally comfortable. Setting very close to shops and Madrid and tourists spots.

Location was unbeatable, room quiet with all necessary amenities, 2 bathrooms and balconies overlooking the action on Calle Mayor and especially helpful staff. Fast check in, excellent service too. Had good lighting.

Staff was genuinely helpful, tried to answer all questions. I loved the fast check in/out process and the stay overall, however my bed was a little hard. The location was magnificent a 5-minute walk to a prominent opera house.

I loved to be there, spent 3 great days overall. Stunning, incredible setting right by cafes and metro stop. In the evening I visited El minibar for a few drinks. They offered me ironing free-of-charge. Bathroom was luxurious, had a tub.

It was secure, fairly clean apartment with great location and rooms. Appreciated the fast check-in too. There was good lighting in the room. Nearby restaurant called Restaurante Botin was great, we had a dinner there.

Everything was fairly clean, loved the host, had 3 great days here. Everything was great and I got ironing for free. What's more, good wifi was provided. Bathroom was luxurious and luxurious.

Secure and fairly clean apartment, yet specially we loved its central location so close to metro stop Sol and San Miguel market and the centre. Nearby El minibar - best spot for evening drinks.

A secure place, clean, its location and rooms are great. It is in a lively area of Madrid, so close to the centre, Plaza Mayor and metro stop Sol.
